As part of Canon’s Ambassador educational series, Tommy traveled to Tokyo to share practical techniques for capturing compelling street photography in one of the world’s most visually dynamic cities. Through photo and video storytelling, the project highlights how to read light, anticipate moments, and work quickly in crowded urban environments, offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at turning everyday scenes into striking images.
Snow Monkeys in Nagano
In Japan's mountains, Tommy produced a Canon Education series video focused on photographing the iconic snow monkeys outside Jigokudani. The piece shares field techniques for wildlife photography, from anticipating behavior and working in challenging winter conditions to composing clean, expressive portraits, helping photographers capture intimate moments with one of Japan's most charismatic species.
